Lots of rain and then flooding

We have had a lot of rain over the past couple of days. This morning we had a heavy downpour and you can see the water running into the ravine beside our house.

The next picture shows the water running out of the ravine, into the field beside our house, and then into the ditch along the road.

The next two pictures show Mill Creek on the opposite side of our road. This past Friday night around 11:00 pm, the creek was actually about 4 feet higher and it took out one of the driveway bridges just down the road from us.

The last two pictures from this morning are from the Landot parking lot looking east along Ohio State Route 550.

Ice Storm

We had freezing rain most of the night. Here is an early morning view from the front step looking towards the driveway. The icy pine trees are illuminated by the street light.
