The call came from 740-205-1734 and my caller ID displayed "LANCASTER OH". This was at 5:25 pm.
A quick Google search revealed what I thought, this is an unscrupulous telemarketer.
I also discovered that this company was responsible for several missed calls over the past 24 hours...
- 4:49 pm - NEW A CO - 360-529-6133
- 2:00 pm - NEW CO - 425-390-8157
- 11:40 am - NEW A CO - 360-529-6133
- 6:14 pm, yesterday - NEW CO - 425-390-8157
We have been getting calls from those numbers several times a day for many days now.
I hope that whoever is behind this is put in jail!

And so "Tom" continues to call, this time in Ohio. I would encourage you to take a photo of the offending Caller ID screen to document the calls. No. he won't just stop calling.
In addition, play along with "Tom", he's a voice response automated call, and you'll either be connected directly to a live operator, or get a call back. If you can determine which dealer-monitoring company is actually responsible, that will help build the case to sanction these people.

I have been getting these calls for a couple of months now. They come at all times of the day. Sometimes I answer and talk to the computer. It is actually pretty advanced and you can carry on a good conversation for a bit. If you say something like "Tom, I want to talk to your boss" he will say "Thanks for your time, bye". Funny. But I agree if someone can make it stop that would be better. Next time i will try to get to live operator and find the company name of whom ever hired the firm. They are the ones to blast.
STOP TOM FROM HOME PROTECTION NOW. ITS EASY. HE CALLED ME OFTEN. CALLERID SAID TEXAS (281) 918-3003. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS LISTEN AND DO NOT SAY ANYTHING. THEN HE WILL SAY OH SORRY TO HAVE BOTHERED YOU AND HANG UP. AND VOILA! NO MORE CALLS FROM TOM. THANK GOD!!! YEAH!!!
